Appointments booked during the following times incur an additional after-hours fee:
8 AM–9 AM extra $50
9 PM–10 PM extra $50
10 PM–11 PM extra $100

Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day & Thanksgiving .
Parking fees are paid by the clients for special events or corporate massages.
Travel fees may apply if the appointment is requested outside of our area.
Waiting fees are enforced when a client is later than 15 minutes after the confirmed appointment. You will not be charged for the grace period. $50 for each 15 minutes after the grace period and thereafter.
Refusal of Services
Healing Hands by Tang reserves the right to refuse services if they determine there are any contraindications, medical conditions that were not disclosed at time of reservation, or if the client acts inappropriately.
Cancellations
All appointments require a 24 HOUR cancellation notice. If you do not cancel within this time period, you will be charged for the entire service fee. Appointments booked the same day, will not have an option to cancel without a full charge penalty.
For special events, we require a 72 HOUR cancellation notice.
Payment
Healing Hands by Tang accepts Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Corporate Checks.
To confirm an appointment, you must provide a credit card at the time of booking.
Gratuity
Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. They are not included in the service charge.
If you choose to add gratuities, feel free to include it with the final payment.
